A limited add-on
The sloth encounter is a small-group, staff-guided add-on to eligible tours. It is not standalone general admission. Feeding, proximity, and touching depend on staff direction and the animal’s willingness to participate.
Animal care
Individual animals have personalities, preferences, and moods. Experienced handlers use positive reinforcement and may change an experience because of weather, animal needs, guest fit, or safety.
Camel participation is never framed as a mechanical guarantee, and guest conduct is always directed by staff.
